The durable power of attorney documents provide incapacity protection by allowing someone to make critical healthcare or financial decisions should you become incapacitated.
The living will is your statement as to when to cease life-sustaining medical treatment when terminally ill. We have made the package very affordable to encourage our clients to put together a complete package to protect from the unexpected events.
